Red Hare 9 Ultra takes Li-Ning's racing-derived Boom stack and turns the volume all the way up — a triple-density, capsule-loaded ride built to survive marathon-length training days that would flatten a normal trainer. A winged fibreglass plate gives it snap without the harshness of carbon, and the towering stack keeps things planted rather than tippy.
First Stride lists EU sizing as the primary scale, with UK equivalents on each size button. Running shoes should have a thumb’s width of room at the toe — if you are between sizes, take the larger one. Wide feet should size up half in Asics and Nike.
