The long version

The Superblast has no plate and does not need one. A stack of FF TURBO PLUS over FF BLAST PLUS gives it more return than most carbon shoes while staying stable enough for a recovery run, and it is durable in a way race shoes simply are not. If you are only buying one pair of expensive shoes this year, a lot of experienced runners would tell you to buy this one and race in it.

Sizing

First Stride lists EU sizing as the primary scale, with UK equivalents on each size button. Running shoes should have a thumb's width of room at the toe — if you are between sizes, take the larger one. Wide feet should size up half in Asics and Nike.
