Supernova Rise 3
₹11,995 · choose a size
The Supernova Rise 3 is adidas's answer to give me one shoe I can run every day and not think about — a soft-but-not-mushy Dreamstrike+ midsole with a noticeably taller stack than its predecessor, wrapped in a breathable upper that doesn't feel like a budget compromise. It's not chasing PRs; it's built for the easy miles, the recovery jogs and the long Sunday runs that make up the bulk of any real training block, with enough cushion to keep legs fresh without feeling like a mattress.
First Stride lists EU sizing as the primary scale, with UK equivalents on each size button. Running shoes should have a thumb's width of room at the toe — if you are between sizes, take the larger one. Wide feet should size up half in Asics and Nike.

Midsole foam
Adidas Supernova Rise 3: Supernova Rise 3's Dreamstrike+ prioritises a stable, supportive ride over outright bounce.
Li-Ning Red Hare 9 Pro: Red Hare 9 Pro's beaded dual-density Boom compound is noticeably livelier underfoot, though it gives up some of that structure.
Stability
Adidas Supernova Rise 3: Supernova Rise 3 is built with guide rails for runners who want a touch of stability on easy days.
Li-Ning Red Hare 9 Pro: Red Hare 9 Pro is a neutral shoe through and through, so it won't offer the same structured support.
Upper
Adidas Supernova Rise 3: Adidas's Primeweave woven textile is a premium, structured knit.
Li-Ning Red Hare 9 Pro: Li-Ning's BOOM Fiber blend trades a little of that structure for a lighter, more flexible fit at almost the same weight.
