Adizero Boston 13
₹14,995 · choose a size
The Boston 13 is adidas's do-everything workhorse — the trainer built to handle tempo runs, long runs and the occasional half marathon without asking you to own a separate shoe for each. A dual-layer stack of Lightstrike Pro up front and firmer Lightstrike 2.0 underfoot, laced together by a glass-fibre EnergyRod wing, gives it a snappier turnover than a typical daily trainer while staying stable enough for grinding out easy miles. It's the shoe adidas wants in your rotation when one pair needs to flex from Tuesday's junk miles to Saturday's workout.
First Stride lists EU sizing as the primary scale, with UK equivalents on each size button. Running shoes should have a thumb's width of room at the toe — if you are between sizes, take the larger one. Wide feet should size up half in Asics and Nike.

Plate vs no plate
Adidas Adizero Boston 13: Boston 13 backs its dual-density Lightstrike foam with glass-fibre EnergyRods for a propulsive, semi-race-ready tempo shoe.
Xtep 2000KM 5.0 Pro: The plateless 2000KM 5.0 Pro leans entirely on its PEBA-beaded foam for pop — no rods, no rigidity, just a softer roll — so it won't match the Boston's snap at true tempo pace.
Weight & stack
Adidas Adizero Boston 13: Boston 13 is heavier at a lower 34mm stack, the cost of its dual-foam, rod-backed construction.
Xtep 2000KM 5.0 Pro: The Pro's taller 37mm stack trades some of that tempo sharpness for a more cushioned everyday ride.
Value
Adidas Adizero Boston 13: Boston 13's dual-density foam and carbon rods come at a premium.
Xtep 2000KM 5.0 Pro: Without them to pay for, the Pro comes in at 40% of the Boston 13's price.
