The base model doesn't mean base performance — 2000KM 5.0 strips the Pro's extras but keeps the same seamless ACE foam slab and durable cast outsole, so your easy-day shoe can also survive the entire training cycle. A wing-shaped TPU plate adds torsional stability without any of the cost or fragility of carbon.
First Stride lists EU sizing as the primary scale, with UK equivalents on each size button. Running shoes should have a thumb’s width of room at the toe — if you are between sizes, take the larger one. Wide feet should size up half in Asics and Nike.
